Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchanges

To ensure our customers are happy with their purchases we offer change of mind returns within 28 days from the date of purchase or receipt of delivery.

All items eligible for return must be in the same condition it was delivered - unopened, unused and in original packaging. The return postage is at buyer's expense.

For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on razors, blades, chocolates, face protection products, eye masks, female sanitary products, sexual health products, breast pumps, cosmetics and hair accessories.

Items purchased in multi-buy offers must be returned with all items purchased under the offer, as we do not offer partial returns.

Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

SALE items are eligible for an exchange only under the terms stated above.

Faulty Items

If your item is found to be faulty, Please contact us with a detailed description and any evidence you can provide.

Allergic reaction - We don't accept returns or process a refund on products you use that you are allergic or sensitive to. Please check the ingredients carefully before you make a purchase. If you need assistance, please email our customer service on info@lorganic.com.au

Chocolate - We don't accept returns or process a refund on chocolate that result in damage or melted during transit as we don't use thermoregulating packaging. Therefore, we advise not to purchase in extreme hot weather or use express shipping to avoid your chocolates to go spoiled in transit.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, Please email our Customer Care team with images attached within 7 days upon arrival. We do not offer refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused after the order has been received.
