We require a signature on delivery from Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. When checking out, you can add delivery instructions at the checkout if you do not want this option. If you add "Authority to Leave" we will ensure that Australia Post leaves the order at your address. Please note that Australia Post uses their discretion with delivery, and if there is nowhere to leave the order, they may take it to the Post Office, so please be as specific as possible. Australia Post's 'MyPost' portal allows you to update your shipping preferences after an order has been shipped if you change your mind.
If you would like your order quicker we offer Australia Post Express Post for $14.95 as well. We will ship your order within one business day and should arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Express Post items are being prioritised by Australia Post, but can take 5 business days or more to arrive.
